The optimized and integrated, eco-friendly, modular system utilizing recycled CO2 for non-aqueous cleaning and surface preparation. Quickly and efficiently remove contaminants from plastic, composite, and metal, automotive and recreational vehicle parts with proven revolutionary technology. This dry cleaning process is an alternative to aqueous cleaning offering substantial energy savings and yield improvement prospects while eliminating drying times and the usage of additional chemicals. The CleanMASTER® prepares surfaces for painting and bonding at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods.

The ALSI CleanMASTER® with CE10 is a modular industrial CO2 dry cleaning system for paint prep with a 5 inch to 10 inch wide cleaning path. The ALSI CleanMASTER® removes dry and wet contaminants from a variety of surfaces. It requires low operational energy and minimizes CO2 consumption. Environmentally friendly, it runs continuously with a six month simple maintenance period and uses a fraction of the floor space of aqueous cleaning systems.

Cleaning End Effectors

CO2 Cleaning End Effectors (CEE) have been specifically designed for the automotive spray paint industry to provide a wide cleaning path at high speeds to match the inline painting process.

The Cleaning End Effectors are capable of being mounted either statically or at the end of a robot to extend cleaning coverage. Hose packs are designed to be robot friendly.
