Our Core Membrane Filtration Methods

We specialize in the full spectrum of pressure-driven membrane technologies, each optimized for different filtration needs and particle sizes:

  1. Microfiltration (MF)
    • Pore size: ~0.1 to 1 micron
    • Removes: Suspended solids, bacteria, and some large pathogens
    • Applications: Pre-treatment for reverse osmosis, beverage processing, pharmaceutical clarification
  2. Ultrafiltration (UF)
    • Pore size: ~0.01 to 0.1 micron
    • Removes: Viruses, proteins, colloids, and larger organic molecules
    • Applications: Industrial water recycling, dairy processing, wastewater treatment
  3. Nanofiltration (NF)
    • Pore size: ~0.001 micron
    • Removes: Multivalent ions, pesticides, and organic contaminants
    • Applications: Softening water, pharmaceutical separation, dye removal in textiles
  4. Reverse Osmosis (RO)
    • Pore size: ~0.0001 micron
    • Removes: Dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, and almost all contaminants
    • Applications: Drinking water purification, seawater desalination, ultrapure water systems
